Editorial Policy
১। শর্তাবলি গ্রহণঃ সাইবার টক ওয়েব পোর্টাল প্রবেশ করে এবং ব্যবহার করে, ব্যহবারকারীরা এই শর্তাবলি এবং গোপনীয়তা নীতির সাথে সম্মত হন।
২। কন্টেন্ট ব্যবহারঃ ব্যবহারকারীরা নিজেদের ব্যক্তিগত প্রয়োজনে, অবাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে কন্টেন্টে প্রবেশ এবং কন্টেন্ট ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। অনুমোদন ছাড়া কন্টেন্ট কপি করা, পন ৎপাদন করা, বিতরণ করা নিষিদ্ধ
৩. মেধা সম্পদঃ সাইবার টক ওয়েব পোর্টালের সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট, ট্রেডমার্ক, লোগো এবং অন্যন্য মেধা সম্পদ সাইবার টক এর লাইসেন্সধারীর অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ব্যবহারকারীগণ এর মেধাসম্পদে কোন ও অধিকার দাবি করতে পারবেন না।
৪। ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণঃ ব্যবহারকারীর মন্তব্যে কোনো অবৈধ, আক্রমণাত্মক বা অন্যদের ক্ষতিকর কার্যকলাপে জড়িত হতে পারবেন না। এর মধ্যে হয়রানি, ঘৃণ্য বক্তব্য এবং মানহানি অন্তর্ভুক্ত। জড়িত হলে সাইবার টক কর্তৃপক্ষ এর দায়ী থাকবেন না।
৫। তৃতীয় পক্ষের কন্টেন্টের জন্য দায়বদ্ধতাঃ সাইবার টক ওয়েব পোর্টালে প্রদর্শিত কোন ও তৃতীয় পক্ষের কন্টেন্ট বা বিজ্ঞাপণের জন্য সাইবার টক দায়ী নন।
৬। গোপনীয়তাঃ গোপনীয়তা নীতি এই শর্তাবলীর একটি অংশ। সাইবার টক ব্যবহারকারীর ডেটা সুরক্ষায় প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ এবং গোপনীয়তা নীতির এটি ব্যবহার করবে।
৭। শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তনঃ সাইবার টক যে কোন ও সময় এই শর্তাবলি করার অধিকার রাখে। পোর্টালের ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখা মানে পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলি গ্রহণ করা।
৮। আইনঃ এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। সাইবার টক কর্তৃপক্ষ বাংলাদেশের আইন ও সংবিধানের প্রতি সর্বোচ্চ শ্রদ্ধাশীল।
৯। সংশোধনঃ প্রকাশিত তথ্যে কোন অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভুল হলে সাইবার টক কর্তপক্ষ তা সরিয়ে নেওয়ার / সংশোধন করার এখতিয়ার রাখে।

- Editing: Sub-editors are responsible for checking spelling, grammar, sentence
construction, and adherence to editorial guidelines. - Image Selection: Content creators will select relevant images for their articles.
- Uploading: Sub-editors will upload the content to the web portal.
- Share Card Creation: The graphics department will create share cards for the content.
- Social Media Sharing: The graphics department will share the content on social media
platforms.
Content Submission:
● All content must be original and not plagiarized.
● Content creators must provide appropriate references and citations for any sourced
material.
● Articles should be well-researched, unbiased, and provide value to readers.
Content Standards:
● Language: Content must be clear, concise, and free of any offensive language.
● Accuracy: Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
● Fairness: Content should be balanced and present multiple viewpoints where applicable.
● Ethical Considerations: Respect privacy, avoid conflicts of interest, and do not publish
content that can harm individuals or groups.
Review and Approval:
● All submitted content will go through a review process by sub-editors.
● Editors have the right to make necessary changes for clarity, grammar, and adherence to
editorial policies.
● Content may be rejected if it does not meet the required standards or guidelines.
Terms of Use - Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using Cyber Talk Web Portal, users agree to
comply with these terms and the privacy policy. - Content Use: Users may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial
purposes. Unauthorized use of the content, including reproduction, distribution, or
